The use of adhesive wax is more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and has fewer gaps compared to traditional wax molds using soldering iron to melt thick internal gates and directly bond to the pouring system. It is beneficial for improving the qualification rate of castings. Adhesive wax has good compatibility, and when used in conjunction with model wax, it will not change the performance of the mold wax. At the same time, adhesive wax will not have any adverse effects on the next shell making process.
Bonded wax will come out during dewaxing and be burned clean during roasting. The ash content of bonded wax is very low and does not exceed 0.01%. Bonded wax is a special wax developed specifically for high adhesion coatings, which does not cause parts to fall off and gaps to be formed at the joints. This avoids the gap caused by traditional tree forming methods, and the paint filled in after dewaxing falls off, resulting in inclusion defects in castings, effectively improving the qualification rate.
Purpose:
