The company has advanced precision casting, mechanical processing equipment, and testing equipment, including dual station wax injection machines, fully automatic shell film drying lines, high-frequency melting electric furnaces, 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers, CNC CNC lathes, valve combination machines, CNC wire cutting machines, spectral analyzers, metallographic microscopes, hardness testing machines, computer universal material testing machines and valve shells, tensile testing machines, coordinate measuring machines, wheel profilers, etc. All processes are completed within the company, and all production processes are automated, digitized, and programmed.
