The performance of water-soluble wax: The wax mold made with low shrinkage has good surface quality, dissolves quickly in acid solution, and has high strength due to its fiber content.

Water soluble wax can dissolve at high temperatures or at temperatures ranging from 76 to 82 ℃ (both can be stirred).

Water soluble wax generally uses a bin shaped wax press. Water soluble wax is first pressed into the core mold to make a water soluble wax core, and then the water soluble wax core is placed into the mold to press the wax mold. The water soluble wax core is wrapped in the model wax to form the wax mold. When dissolving and removing water soluble wax, the wax mold is placed in a 4% oxalic acid or 10% dilute hydrochloric acid solution. The water soluble wax core will gradually dissolve from the wax mold to obtain the desired wax mold.
